Ampire 55000 Remote-Adapter
Description
Ampire remote adapter generates the required power-on or remote signal from the speaker wires for installing any additional device (amplifier, TV tuner, DVD, etc.). Works with 12V power
A good solution for all cars where the normal ACC signal cannot be received without a CAN adapter.
The adapter output power is max 1AMP. An additional relay is required for connection above that.
CONNECTIONS:
Connect the red wire to a continuous 12A power (K30).
Connect the black wire to ground (GND / K31).
Connect the blue wire to the amplifiers or signal processors controlled by the product 55000.
The gray wire can be connected to any control unit wire that has an indicator of +5V when turned on and below +3V when turned off. Including the power antenna, amplifier remote output or speaker output.
The green built-in LED lights up when the remote output is activated.
INSTALLATION TIPS:
The delay time of the signal triggering is affected by the input voltage of the gray wire. A low +5V voltage increases the delay to three seconds, with +12V it is about one second.
If the product is connected via the speaker output, it will continue to work for a short time after the control unit is turned off. This is caused by the energy stored in the chip expression and cannot be avoided. In order to avoid the sound when turning off, it is recommended to connect the adapter to the output of a suitable control unit.
